This is a very special time of your life.
You’re meeting your baby and arriving in your new role. In that time I can support you practically with household things, emotionally to process your birth experience, with rituals, all things baby care as well as physically with bodywork.)

Holy Aftermath aka Postpartum
This time is a very important and also very fragile time of the journey - often completely underrated.
The better the postpartum is taken care of the better you will function as a family, as a mother and as the new woman you are. Your baby needs your warmth, being fed, bonding and your love.
Everything else can wait. Sometimes it’s hard to really let go of the life you once had and realise that right now all you do is breast feeding/bottle feeding , sleeping, healing, eating and cuddling. While it feels like “ I am not doing anything” your body, psyche and spirit are doing a lot. Just like your baby that is arriving in a new world.
Maybe this special time is not about doing things either and more about being (present). You decide how you wish to spend this time - I encourage you to take it serious and really give yourself the time & space. The first few days and weeks will never come again.. <3

My deep wish is to support you in realizing YOUR unique birth experience that aligns with your values, wishes, your life situation and your visions. My part is to support you as best as I can to find the trust within, remind you of your wishes, maybe figure them out with you in the first place and to listen and hold you.
