Nature brings me excitement, calmness, acceptance, and so many teachings to discover. Each moment I connect with Mother Earth, I synchronically connect with myself.

I love to heal my body through whole foods and to nourish it the best way possible. Learning more about natural healing, cleansing, fasting and the body itself is inspiring & fascinating me a lot.

When I dance I feel connected, with all my senses, with different elements and the people around me. Conscious gatherings, this experience of a different world full of love and connection, full of possibilities, make my heart sing.

Interior design, art & aesthetics of the past centuries make me feel dreamy. Working with wood and clay connects me to the present moment and is like a warm hug for my soul.

Philosophy under the stars, no matter if shared with beautiful people or just with myself, touch my being deeply.

With all my experience from moving around this earth and moving around in my being. I wish to share with you, hold space for your own exploration of healing- your exploration of being human. All my work is around (re)connecting - in fact remembering - the deep trust within yourself. Creating trust within your body, your heart and with the earth so that you can live your life with courage walking YOUR path and maybe creating your unique pregnancy, birth and motherhood journey with me by your side.
